About Be Creative Films

Hi, thank you for stopping by! My name is Tim, owner and lead filmmaker with Be Creative Films. A wedding film company based out of Asheville, North Carolina and traveling down the coast.

Be Creative Films is going on ten years now! I've started this wedding film company with the idea that weddings are one of the most incredible events you'll ever be a part of. Whether you're in it or watching it from a distance, you'll witness the emotion, the tears, the happiness, and that's exactly it! A wedding film deserves to show you just that! My goal has always been to create a wedding film that is crafted with quality and intention and for you to relive those moments just as you've experienced it.
Being creative isn't about capturing those unique shots, it's about a film that pulls you into the story and moment, it's meant to make you feel those deep emotional and happy moments. If we truly believe weddings are some of the most memorable and amazing moments you'll experience then your wedding film should reflect that in many different ways.

My approach is to create a story of your wedding day through a few different lenses. Your wedding film will have a cinematic feel, while telling a story, with a few raw moments coming to life through either super 8 film and little audio snippets from your wedding day. The day will have many slow beautiful moments but a ton of exciting moments full of smiles and laughter, and I want to show you that through your wedding film!

Filming weddings is truly an honor. Really, so my team and I are absolutely grateful to the weddings we've been a part of and the weddings yet to come!
